Damaged items are not eligible for refund. All returned merchandise must be in like new condition. All items included in your purchase must be present in your return ( barring the bracelet and sticker which are our gifts to you no matter what ). Shipping charges associated with the return are not refundable.
Return Instructions
If you'd like to return your purchase, and the requirements mentioned in the Return Policy are met, please follow these steps to complete the process. Your card will be credited upon Sup Cloud receiving your returned items.
- Please email hello@theSupCloud.com to inform us of your purchase number and receive the return address.
- Place ALL purchased items in your return box ( preferably the box in which your products arrived ) and send your return to the address provided.
- When Sup Cloud receives your return package, a refund will be issued promptly. If products arrive in poor and or damaged condition, Sup Cloud will not be able to issue the refund, instead the package will be sent back to you.
Product Guarantee
All Sup Cloud products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If you find a defect in any item of your Sup Cloud product package, please contact us immediately so we can resolve / replace / refund depending on the details of the defect.
Manufacturer's Warranty
Please read the list of products and accessories protected by warranty and the description of warranty coverage.
The Sup Cloud Inflatable, Attachment Set, Carry Bag, Pump and Board Strap are backed by a 12 month Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Punctures to the inflatable, normal wear and tear of products, accidental mishaps resulting in product degradation, lost or stolen items, using products for unintended applications, or other user error related occurrence(s) resulting in product malfunction and or damage is and are not covered under this Manufacturer's Warranty.
**Please follow the instructions for mounting the Attachment Set very carefully. There is no warranty protection for the adhesive due to the uncontrollable variation in installation techniques that the customer could use to apply the tape that differ from the recommended application protocol.**

Warranty Claim Instructions
Sup Cloud must examine your product claim ( through emailed description with pictures or physical examination of product ) in order to determine if your claim is protected by the warranty. If your claim is covered by warranty, Sup Cloud will replace your defective product, free of charge. In most cases, shipping costs involved in replacing products protected by warranty will be covered by Sup Cloud.

- If Sup Cloud determines the product defect is under warranty protection, your claim will be authorized.
- Once your claim is authorized, a return address will be provided. In most cases, a shipping label will be sent to you for use with your return. Please prepare a package for your warrantied product return and apply the shipping label we provide onto the package
- In most cases, your replacement product will arrive with the shipping label. Please be sure to promptly send back the item you are returning under warranty.
